Ft. Smith Man Sentenced In Sexual Assault Case

According to Crawford County Prosecutor Marc McCune, Michael Geatches, 41 of Ft. Smith, pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault.  May 11, Geatches was sentenced to twelve years in prison, plus an additional eight years suspended. 

Officials said, while in prison, he will need to complete a sexual offender program.
