Hearing Set In Muldrow Stabbing Case

A preliminary court hearing has been set for September 24 at 9 a.m. for Tyler Chapman of Muldrow.  Chapman, 22, along with 38 year-old Reeves Gentry, was arrested in connection with the stabbing of Joseph Morton of Muldrow.

The incident took place on August 1 at the Cottage Apartments at 303 East Shawntel Smith Blvd.  Morton had been placed in the intensive care unit at Sparks Regional Medical Center after the incident.  However, his current condition is unknown.

A court date of September 2 has been set for Gentry.
