In-Ground Pool Comes Out Of Ground

Larry and Linda Chaffin of Ft. Smith woke up to quite a surprise Sunday morning.  While they were sleeping, a huge tree uprooted and crashed onto their two vehicles.  She said  "The truck looks like it's a lowrider now, everything is flattened."  They have lived there    for thirty years.

The vehicles are insured.  Chaffin also said "We are so blessed.  I don't even care about  that stuff, just knowing that we are still alive, God is still with us, what more can we ask for?"  Hardie Avenue was closed for several hours Sunday while crews worked to clear the road.
