Bobby Jay Blankenship of Stigler, who was wanted for questioning in connection to several burglary and theft reports in several counties, has been arrested. Blankenship 28, Cameron Bowden 26 and a third suspect are likely connected to approximately thirty burglaries in and around LeFlore County, according to Undersheriff Kendall Morgan. Bowden was already in custody. A LeFlore County news release stated Blankenship was arrested at the Sapulpa, OK Walmart after he allegedly tried to steal items from the store.
He is also wanted for questioning in Polk, Sebastian, McIntosh and Sequoyah Counties, as well as Police Departments in Ft. Smith, Bristow and Drumright for the same type of crimes.
