Update: Names Released In Shooting

Dwight Neal Hawley of Ft. Smith has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 20 year-old Carlos Araujo-Mejia.  The incident took place Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at a homeless camp along the Arkansas River near S. 4th & "I" Streets.  Hawley, 53, Araujo-Mejia and 32 year-old Mindy Garrett, Araujo-Mejia's girlfriend got into an argument.

Hawley is charged with first degree murder.
