Greenwood Woman Found Competent For Trial

A Greenwood woman has been found by officials competent for trial.  Brooke Floyd, who is charged with felony manslaughter in the death of her 10-month old son, Harper, will now go to trial.

In July 2014, after a 4-day search, Floyd's husband, Brian Floyd, and their son were found dead in a rural area of the Ouachita Mountains.  According to officials, the baby died of exposure and abandonment.  The date of Floyd's trail has not yet been released to the public.
