Long-time Ft. Smith Business Closes

The Hamburger Barn, located downtown Ft. Smith, closed its doors for the last time Saturday night.  The well-known establishment had been in operation for 32 years.  For the last seven years, Shaney Salsman has owned the restaurant.

The reason for the closing is that Salsman was unable to renew the lease.  She has considered looking for other possible locations.
